Shipping Policy

The orders for users are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post Speed Post only.

Order Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days from the date of the order and/or payment confirmation, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
All deliveries are subject to the norms and timelines of the respective courier company or postal authorities.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery time depends on the shipping destination and may vary between 3 to 10 business days after dispatch.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, public holidays, or logistic issues beyond our control.

Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. However, we always strive to ensure your order reaches you at the earliest.

Delivery Address

All orders will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Please ensure that the address and contact details are accurate and complete to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email and/or message with shipment tracking details will be sent to your registered email ID or phone number.

Shipping Charges

If any shipping cost(s) are levied by the seller or the Platform Owner, the same will be mentioned at checkout.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable in case of returns, cancellations, or refunds unless otherwise stated.
