Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. We will not offer any return in any circumstance.

This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service that you have purchased through our platform (Juridica Laws Agency (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.).


1. Order Cancellation

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.

However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed, shipped, or is out for delivery.

In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the product.

The request will be processed after verification. Once confirmed, a replacement or refund will be issued as applicable.

Replacement products will be delivered within 5–7 business days after approval.


3. Product Not as Described

If the product you received is different from what was shown on our website, please inform us within 3 days of receiving the product.

After reviewing your complaint, our team will make an appropriate decision regarding a refund or replacement.


4. Manufacturer’s Warranty

For products that come with a manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for service, repair, or replacement.


5. Refund Process

Once a refund is approved by Juridica Laws Agency (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., it will be credited within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

You will be notified by email once the refund has been initiated.
