THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE PLATFORM OWNER FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR INR 100 (ONE HUNDRED RUPEES), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third party rights.
12. Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for any failure or delay due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, strikes, acts of government, natural disasters, civil unrest, pandemics, or interruptions to internet service.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time and without notice for any breach of these Terms or for any reason permitted under applicable law. Termination shall not affect any rights or liabilities accrued prior to termination.

17. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
